Hotel seems very old and is not too clean. Shower floor was very dirty. Floor in bathroom and the room needed to be washed

Cigarette butts all over the back entrance. Blinds in the rooms are broken. No air dryers in the room.
Clean, but AC didn’t work in room. Called shortly after check in to see what we could do about the matter. 1.) there wasn’t a tech there that day and 2.) they didn’t have a room available to switch us to. Nothing was done to amend the situation.

Refrigerator was broken and air made a loud noise each time it clicked on. I’m very disappointed.

Had no remote for tv and the one I was given didnt work either. The wall unit for the air conditioner didnt work properly. Very noisy. Doors slamming at all hours of the night.
