Disappointing No one at the front desk to check in. No utensils or kitchen equipment. No coffee in the morning and couldn’t find anyone to replace it

Roach motel probably because they don't offer housekeeping but once every 7 days unless you pay $10 extra each day and then only if someone is available. NASTY! DISGUSTING . i left with ants in the floor and in a pair of my shoes. i pray this is all i left with hope no roach got in my bags

Notre pire nuit dans un hôtel Hôtel qui accepte les chiens. Le plancher était collant où il y avait de la tuile. Cheveux dans la douche. Draps tachés de petits ronds de sang. Chien qui jouait avec un jouet dans la chambre au-dessus de nous pendant la nuit. This property was not clean. I had roaches in my first room before I requested a switch, there were dead black bugs (maybe beetles) in the stairwells, the towels were dirty, and on one of the double queen beds the sheets reeked of urine. I was not happy with my stay. The GM is very defensive and she does not take responsibility or hold anyone accountable. I have pictures for proof of the conditions.
