The cleanliness of the room was poor. It had a bad odor. Not at all what we expected.

Paid For A Room that Wasn't Available I didnt have a stay at the Hotel. You guys sold me an overbooked hotel, and when i got there they said that they had no available rooms. When I tried calling your Customer Service on several occasions I kept getting an automated message that you were unable to complete our request at this time. I need a refund!!!

Needs an exterminator They had lots of roaches. They moved me to another room and the same problem lots of roaches.I didn’t get to put my things down they were running up the wall. So I checked out

A frightening experience This was a nightmare from pulling in to the parking lot. I was in town for a basketball tournament so we didn’t check in until late, it was nearly 10pm. I was afraid to get out of my car and go in because there was a large gathering of men outside of the door smoking what smelled like drugs. The receptionist had an attitude.
