The staff doesnt communicate well and there new hires are not trained properly.

There were dirty linens outside the elevator for days. There was garbage and dirty towels in the hallway for multiple days. The same fingerprints and debris were in the elevator from the day we got there and were still there when we left, and it smelled like pee. Who know how long the elevator was like that. And the “free” breakfast was instant oatmeal and granola bars and coffee. Which was always empty.

Not a pleasant stay, hotel is very loud, slow service, no coffee pot in room, no pool, not worth the price!

Dirtiest place I've ever stayed! DIRTY and not SAFE Do not stay here place was filthy I had to clean the shower before we would step foot in it and the window would not lock also no hairdryer available

It was cool that they had the new card swipe technology. We checked in and went to out 1st room and it was dirty with the beds not made from the day before and trash all over the room. The 2nd room we went to the beds weren’t made again and this room had towels thrown all over the room. The 3rd room the beds were made and I just conceded even though there was water on the counter and the bathroom floor was really sticky.
