BAD SITUATION!!!!! Needed a late check in after 12am. I booked my room the night before. Requested late check in to arrive and be told they didn't have any rooms.

The hotel itself was fine. I made the mistake of giving them my phone number. I got about 100 spam calls in the next two weeks. Don’t give your phone number to these people.

When we got to the property at 10pm with 2 sleepy kids, the manager said they didnt have any rooms left even though we have confirmed reservations.

location was good amenities were horrible coffee machine empty, snacks were out.

There were cockroaches and bugs in the room our second night there. We were put into another room that hadn’t been cleaned and smelled horrible. Needless to say we’re never going back. We had to pay for the first night but I need to get refunded for the other nights. It was horrible!!!

I did not like the cleanliest of this hotel. When you walk inside the main entrance the trash can was extremely full. I had to switch rooms 2 times, the first one had bags of trash, the beds wasn’t made up & it smelled; the second room the air conditioning did not work, it was very hot, & the bathroom was still dirty; the third one was just fine!

The hotel was dirty and we were missing a remote in the room when we got there. The bathroom was dirty. I'm guessing whoever cleaned the room peed in the toilet and didn't flush it or clean the actual toilet. The wash clothes were also not white they were tan.
