Just didn’t sleep well because people kept going in and out of their rooms slamming doors and talking loud in the hallways after midnight.

A terrible place This is the worst hotel that I have stayed in my extensive travel and average of 150 days in Hotels in a year. The heater could not be turned down, filthy rooms infested by bugs that would drop from the ceiling. Also they rented out a single room to teenagers and about 30 to 40 of them kept going in and out and disturbing other guests

Room was big and that's about the extent of it.. the walls are paper thin and the hotel is directly off the freeway so its super loud b/c of the traffic. They also allow families with little children to stay on the 4th floor so guess what we got to hear until about midnight? The breakfast is grab and go which means you get oatmeal and muffins for breakfast. No eggs, no pancakes and you also have to get your drinks (orange juice, apple juice, whatever) from a vending which you pay for.

Called a head of time to request a late, after midnight, check in. They had no issues. I get there at 1:45 am (after driving 7 hours). No staff person there to check me in. Double checked email confirmations. Called about 5 different numbers and after being on hold I finally got the GM to call me back. I explain my situation and next thing I know is that he shows up 2 hours later stating that his overnight staff person was suppose to be there. BS. The rooms floor was sticky and had splatter all over the floor. After I cleaned the floor it was better but when looking closer you could tell the room hadn’t been cleaned well. Also while working out at the gym the treadmill randomly stopped working and the elevator took forever.

It was ok The room looked clean but the floor was sticky. We waited for over 20 mins for service when trying to check in. The walls are thin and we could hear the noises from the other rooms. Overall the stay was ok.
