Room located on ground floor near lobby and elevator was very noisy.

Clerk was kind and helpful. Having a kitchen in the room was nice. I emptied my cooler into the fridge and refroze my ice block. Bed was comfy. There were sticky spots on the floors that I had to clean up. It was kind of loud, could hear people on their phones but all quieted by 10. All in all, I slept well and am satisfied.

The general cleanliness was not good. Many pizza boxes and take out bag left on a table in the hallway that were left there overnight and into the next day until about 4 pm. General room cleanliness was not great - OK, but not great, when you look behind chairs or tables, the vacuum around, but not behind or underneath. Bathroom was OK, but found a stained towel and there were make-up smear marks left on the wall.

Clean, nice size rooms. Convenient with a dog. I thought it advertised some kind of breakfast. Oatmeal and grits aren't exactly breakfast.
