Great staff, good response to problems during stay We had some issues caused by the computer system going down which led to staff waking us in the middle of the night thinking our room was empty! But at checkout they gave us a refund to make it right. The staff are great and the hotel is comfortable. You have to ask for some room amenities like coffee maker and pans.

Ms.Wallace I love the hotel I always stay there when I am in the Rock Hill area. However, I didn't like that I did not have any was h towels or silverware in my room. I also didn't like the fact that I was assigned to a room that someone else was staying in and had to come back downstairs to get another room.

No paper towels in bathroom or kitchen. Highway noise all night. Dog barking early morning

This property was very well kept, and very for for the price, I paid 75$ from being in town for hurricane Florence at the rock hill sc location, compared to super 8, econo lodge, Howard Johnson, red roof inn price was it was far superior. Full kitchen nice spacious rooms CLEAN BATHROOM!!!! inside hotel elevator grill I can go on and on but this experience was very worth the money and time spent!
