A weekend in Rockford Confusing area since there are 2 extended stays very close together. I didn’t like that they made a separate charge for each night. It was very roomy.

Close to everything We’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times now. And love the location and how nice the hotel is. We will continue to stay at this hotel every time we visit our family in Rockford Illinois

Great condition and nice, clean rooms. The property is in a good condition and my room was nice. Great location. Tavern on Clark next door is a nice restaurant too.

Check in was a nightmare, rude, untrained staff. Staff did not know what she was doing. Over charged me, had to call expedia twice, still not rectified. Answered phone calls while I was standing at the desk. Rude and unprofessional. Would not honor any discounts: medical, veteran, AAA. Name starts and ends with an A! Had to speak to manager the next day who did comp pet fee only and gave me a voucher for a free night.
