Breakfast was terrible, prepackaged muffins and granola bars, come on
Not bad... No real breakfast in morning...just some snacks...which I guess it's ok...didn't expect much either though
Check in was a nightmare, rude, untrained staff. Staff did not know what she was doing. Over charged me, had to call expedia twice, still not rectified. Answered phone calls while I was standing at the desk. Rude and unprofessional. Would not honor any discounts: medical, veteran, AAA. Name starts and ends with an A! Had to speak to manager the next day who did comp pet fee only and gave me a voucher for a free night.
Sehr kleines Bad. Laut durch Gäste, einfaches TV Angebot. Geschier muss extra angefragt werden beim nicht so freundlichem Personal. Frühstück Kaffee, Müsliriegel und Tee.
