Bad internet. Sink clogged first time I used it. Had to pay to upgrade internet. Not happy with the stay.

DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED Cleaning people came in and removed all the food we had purchased early that morning and put in the refrigerator, as well as the meals we put in there the night before. We still had 3 days left of our stay. Very angry, because we spent as much money on this fresh food as the room cost. Besides removing our food, they ransacked through our belongings and took a very sentimental and expensive box of heirlooms out of the hidden spot in bottom of suitcase and went through it and ledt it on the kitchen counter... read more

Do not recommend This hotel did not have an area to pull up to when checking in which would normally be fine, but not when there is snow on the ground and the temperature is in the negatives. There is not a coffee maker in the room...apparently you can request one? The breakfast consists of oatmeal packets and granola bars. The bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel.

Not Worth The Price Room assigned at check in was not even close to ready. Unmade bed, filthy bathroom. Upstairs neighbors quite noisy after 11:30 PM 2 of the 4 nights. Staff rarely at the front desk. If you needed them you had to call them from the lobby phone. Free WiFi was substandard at best. The only way to get a decent WiFi signal was to pay $4.79 per day for it. Asked for a wake up call after the first night at the property and the call was forgotten. Reservation Error Made reservation for August 14th. Expedia told hotel my reservation was for September 4th along with another person who had also made a reservation for August 14th. I paid in advance online for the room but the hotel charged me an addition $93 as they said they didn't have a reservation for me for that date. The hotel guaranteed me I would get the extra charge back as soon as they straightened it out with Expedia. They never did anything and the room ended up costing me almost $200. Disappointing at best Upon getting in our room, the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by the wires. There were no utensils in the kitchenette. I have slept on ground that was softer than the beds. Even the kids woke up with stiff backs. Guests had obviously been smoking even though it was a non smoking facility. We could not eat the breakfast as there were no "Peanut Free" options. They provided gas station style pre wrapped muffins and nature valley bars. No fruit which could be a quick option. Awful customer service. The hotel was ok. I checked in on a Sunday afternoon and went to the front desk after a couple of hours to let them know that my tv had busted speakers and I couldn't understand the dialogue on the shows. Also half of the channels would not show due to satellite problems I guess. The young lady at the front desk wrote up a maintenance work order.
