Don't Bring Your Family Here! My husband and I stayed here with our two kids, ages 3 and 1, for 7 nights. From the get go this place was one bad experience after another. The lobby looked like it was falling apart. The counter was literally being held to together with scotch tape. Our room smelled like pot, and the thermostat never worked correctly. Not clean at all... Wiped the floor after accidently spilled water... Towel was literaly black... Door knobs sticky had to cover it with ml
Unhappy My stay was okay. However the clientel was shady and made me feel unsafe.
The room they gave us had a hole in the ceiling of the shower and they would not switch us out into a fully functional one that day.
Upset and no one cares Says check in time is 3p.. got there and they couldn't find me in their system. Took 10 mins to figure out why. Then we were half checked in. Signed papers and took my bf card to charge it. We were told we couldn't get the key yet because the room wasn't clean. I did so you don’t have to! From the cramped office and FILTHY rug to the room that has seen better days and the tub with soap scum, this is not a do-over. I didn’t even venture in for the continental breakfast. You know that feeling you get when you hope the sheets are clean? And who has analog televisions?
