One wash cloth and towel. What’s that about? For two days? People hanging out at all hours of the night? Parking terrible! Iron doesn’t work. Why go on?resevation lost too.
Reservations = = First Come First Serve I arrived at this hotel with my confirmation number only to be told that they have no room. The staff told me reservations are first come first serve. I was sent to Extended Stay America Northgate against my wishes. The original staff person failed to fax my reservation over an I was kept up until after 1am. There was a big pee stain on the bed. Couldn’t even sleep comfortably
Flooded by Toilet One of the worst trips and hotel experiences. The reserved room was flooded from the toilet. No other available rooms. Arrangements for the second day were lost by the arranged replacement hotel, so guest stayed 1 night and drove back home tired after an eventful day.
facility is not well kept. Dirty and some paint defects.
Room stinks, sheets were dirty. Called to get bedsheets replaced but was told they didnt have any clean bedsheets. Room smelled like a bathroom
Terrible experienced. The room was really stinky. It had fly in the room. They removed the beds before we checked out for new ones without any notice and found dog poop under the bed.
I arrived and was told there was not a room for me even though I had made a reservation a week in advance. They ended up canceling another reservation to get me a room. The room was dirty, fill with stains and had a disgusting smell. I did not stay the night. Do not stay here!
