Sold out Expedia booked us a room, a week early then when we got there they were sold out, needless to say we had to find another hotel, and yes we didn't use expedia that time!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!! Hotel was in sketchy area. Told I could have 3 dogs by hotels.com arrive to discover they have 2 pet rule. They allowed because only 1 night. Loud tenants, lots of broken cars, lots of dog waste everywhere, dirty flooring, bedding had holes, had to ask for basic amenities that hotel said it had (dishes, silverware, cups plus extra pillows multiple times before getting) no information on how to contact front desk given! Should have sprung for the Hilton Im from out of town and booked this hotel because it was the closet to where I needed to be in the morning. I should have stayed at the Hilton. I ask the front desk if there was anything within walking distance. She proceeded to let me know there were homeless people roaming around everywhere and it wouldn’t be safe for me to walk anywhere. My room was not what I expected, it smelled like urine and burns in the carpet, when I took a shower the tub was backed up and I couldn’t get any extra pillows for the whole weekend, they ran out

Loud and dirty residents My stay was short but nerve recking. I pulled up to a couple of homeless living out of the parking lot entrance and other residents continuously being loud and others fighting in their rooms. Elevator was out and

Hotel is not in a very good area a lot of homeless people coming in and out very busy place where the hotel is that not very nice people

To many tweekers Fist thing you see when pulling up to the lobby are all the meth head zombies lingering around the hotel. Staff is aware of them because many of them have permanent residence at the hotel..
