Below our expectations Checked in, went to room & the window was open to air out the strong smell of cigarettes & old room mustiness. They showed us another room, 5 minutes in it a roach climbed the wall. Unsavory men were living there, hanging outside. There was only 1 washcloth, asked for more & received 1 handtowel! It’s 1 block away from the Hilton but a world away! We expected better but it just didn’t deliver. We checked out the next day.

Although the staff was friendly enough, the hotel itself felt unsafe. There is no security which would help from having people riding their bikes on the property to peek in cars. There were cars on bricks and a lot of mechanics working on cars in the parking lot. It’s basically you get what you pay for type of thing. Terrible. They double-booked and tried to tell us we couldn't have a room even though we had booked weeks ago. They also were stingy with towels, pillows, etc. The soap smelled like play-doh. The TV wasn't great. Most of the buttons on the phone were broken/taken off. We're never going there again.

Sold out Expedia booked us a room, a week early then when we got there they were sold out, needless to say we had to find another hotel, and yes we didn't use expedia that time!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!! Hotel was in sketchy area. Told I could have 3 dogs by hotels.com arrive to discover they have 2 pet rule. They allowed because only 1 night. Loud tenants, lots of broken cars, lots of dog waste everywhere, dirty flooring, bedding had holes, had to ask for basic amenities that hotel said it had (dishes, silverware, cups plus extra pillows multiple times before getting) no information on how to contact front desk given! Should have sprung for the Hilton Im from out of town and booked this hotel because it was the closet to where I needed to be in the morning. I should have stayed at the Hilton. I ask the front desk if there was anything within walking distance. She proceeded to let me know there were homeless people roaming around everywhere and it wouldn’t be safe for me to walk anywhere. My room was not what I expected, it smelled like urine and burns in the carpet, when I took a shower the tub was backed up and I couldn’t get any extra pillows for the whole weekend, they ran out
