Heater not operational No heater and called and they said they would let maintenance know. Didn't offer another room

Relaxing, Comfortable, and Clean. One of the better Extended Stays we’ve stayed at. Way better than the most recent one we stayed at before this.
Honestly kinda the perfect hotel. I am easy to please. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water in showers, tv and WiFi and the location is the best part. I had my car but didn’t have to drive but one time the whole week. Chevron had the dog food my dog likes and then I had a Taco Bell, KFC and Starbucks and Subway all on the same street. I mainly went to Chevron and Taco Bell cause closest and they are connected. My dog enjoyed the hotel also and basically just laid down and watched tv.
