Review of Extended Stay in Elk Grove Overall, location was great, staff was helpful and nice, Room was a little dirty, plug and light did not work, kitchen/stove light did not work, stick to move drape was broken, windows were filthy and we expected to have ice trays and dishware/etc in room without having to go and ask for it.

Tv did not work. Only one wash rag in room although two of us. Wall damage already there. Mainly, ground floor room requested early in the day. Early check in also requested. We did not arrive early; was about 3:30pm. A ground floor room was not going to be available for several hours. We accepted a second floor room instead. Last time we stayed, the elevator broke down. Heater did not work The heater did not work. Me and my family were very cold all night. I called and front desk never answered my phone call so I left a message with the message operator and the front desk never returned my call.
