Sounded like people were coming in at all hours of the night. Loud in the lobby area.

Customer service was great! Elevator was a little scary to ride since it made a loud noise. Stairs smelled like wet dog, room smelled like smoke even though it’s a smoke free room. One of the Walls of the room had a big smash indent. When my son went to turn on night lamp it fell off wall, it was broken. All utensils, plates, cups and pans were not in room we had to keep asking for some when we needed to use them.

The girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful. However they didn't have the room that i booked and the manager didn't care if we canceled. Luckily they have nice polite employees that do care. She helped us with whatever she could, i really appreciated her help.

Disappointed My stay this time was only mediocre. When I arrived, the room I was given had an issue with the key inserter. It didn’t read the key at all. It was as if the battery was dying. It barely lit up red or green. When I went back downstairs with all of my things, I was given a new room quickly. However, even though I signed a new room agreement stating the room was a non-smoking room and I agree not to smoke in it, when I arrived to the room and went inside-it reeked of smoke! It didn’t start off good. The first night we couldn’t stay in the hotel because it was overbooked so we had to find other commendations for a night. The person at the front desk was a great help.
