The girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful. However they didn't have the room that i booked and the manager didn't care if we canceled. Luckily they have nice polite employees that do care. She helped us with whatever she could, i really appreciated her help.

Disappointed My stay this time was only mediocre. When I arrived, the room I was given had an issue with the key inserter. It didn’t read the key at all. It was as if the battery was dying. It barely lit up red or green. When I went back downstairs with all of my things, I was given a new room quickly. However, even though I signed a new room agreement stating the room was a non-smoking room and I agree not to smoke in it, when I arrived to the room and went inside-it reeked of smoke! It didn’t start off good. The first night we couldn’t stay in the hotel because it was overbooked so we had to find other commendations for a night. The person at the front desk was a great help.

This is a newly develop area an new property. The property is new, clean in and out as well as the room and hallway. The room is lack of Conditioner and body lotion. I don't like about the laundry room was build in the front by the Lobby/main entrance. I can smell the air from the dryer as walk by the main entrance.
