Upsetting Staff was great. But toilet was dirty and blankets and floor had fresh blood on it. We were never moved to a new room

Second floor hallway smelled terrible, room smelled bad, bathroom smelled like cigarettes (was a non smoking room). There were dirty socks under the bed on arrival.. carpet heavily stained and sticky.. would NEVER stay here again.
