Not worth it at all The room was dirty, the staff was drinking beer at the desk, and he couldn't figure out how to check me in. I don't know what kind of people the want there but the business class was not welcomed.

Gross I tried four different rooms, they were all dirty and smelly. The sheets had holes and cigarette burns. Sticky floors broken curtain rods, a/c didn't work. Would not recommend this to anyone. The smell was the worst. The staff was very unprofessional with food all over the front desk.

WORST Expedia booking ever Lobby was hangout spot for residents and kids. Parking lot was center for all kinds of activity, not good activity. Room was dirty. Tub had hair in it. The door needed 8 more locks to feel secure. This has obviously become a lodging spot for transient people. I have had Ok experiences with this chain but will never stay in one again.

All bad....Never again. Customer service during check in was ridiculous. GSR had me wait until he finished smoking his cigarette. Fan over the stove didn't work. Every drain was clogged. Only 2 towels in the room.Trash cans outside were overflowing. Cob webs in the stairwells. And they didn't have all amenities as advertised. for $91.00 a night, that's ridiculous.

Not overly safe. Room is very basic. Bed is not all that comfortable and didn't appear to have clean sheets fitted.

don't bother booking on expedia - it means nothing we arrived about 9pm to find out that there were no rooms left. I chose to call the place I should have called first and they graciously let us stay for a much lower rate. The guy who walked in behind me had PAID at hotel tonight...he went livid - I had to walk out to avoid his combative negativity.

Couldn't check in for over an hour because there was no clerk. When he did show up he reeked of weed and barely spoke. The carpet in the room was disgusting, there were stains on the bedding and gross old ice cube trays in the freezer. Overall it was horrible. I can't believe we paid for that. I work for the state and will have no problem telling out travel department to make sure they don't book rooms there.
