Disgusting We had to kill a big roach in our room . We never had towels in our room . I called they said they would be done in 10 minutes . A hour passed I called back and they told me I had to go get them . They had broken down cars in the parking lot that need to be towed . I will never go there EVER again . The stairs were so disgusting it was like walking downtown .

No kitchenware available We chose this kind of motel so we could prepare our own food and bought groceries so we could. There weren't any items available not even a dish or fork. The staff seemed uninterested in resolving this for us. They were okay but had no investment in finding any dishes or cookware for us. They said maybe someone would check out the following day and turn in some kitchen items we could use later. We were there for 2 days so now we had to spend more money to eat in a restaurant. Horrid The lock on my room was broken, I asked to be moved to a different room the next night. I am disabled and had to walk 3 floors of stairs since the elevator was broken and it was not told to me by the hotel staff when making the reservation. The rooms were nothing like the photos.

Checked out. Did not stay. I was disappointed with the facility. Room is very basic and outdated. The entries are accessed from the outside. The only elevator in the building was broken. The trash can in the stairway was overflowing with a pressure cooker box. It didn't feel much like a hotel. I was expecting a little more for the price. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Never again . . . While I was happy with the location and the staff was friendly, the hotel itself was pretty scary. We checked in, went to our room and my 10 year old daughter went in to the bathroom--as I was noticing there was only one pillow, she called out to me, "um mom, there is blood on the floor." Sure enough there was quite a bit of blood on the floor, the bathtub was covered in something pink (unsure if mildew or residual blood--hoping for the mildew as the whole tub was pink) and there were no towels. Don't expect the requested Paid in advance for one night smoking via Orbitz. Nice girl at desk - she said no more smoking rooms. She could check at other locations but I would have to pay again. I booked this location because it was the others didn't have smoke rooms. Knowing I couldn't get another room I took non-smoke room. Room was clean. The dresser/night stands drawers would not stay on track. No hangers. Bathroom tub was plastic and perfect if you like to stand in dirty water because of slow drain. Overall room was goo... read more
