Fair, not great! Had to wait half an hour for checking because of a technical issue. The room wasn't clean either. The pillows were on the chair.

Decent room The room was comfortable enough. My main complaint was the ironing board cover. It looked as though it had never been washed. It was beyond gross. Also, the staff was lacking in customer service skills and were very unorganized.

External grounds site cleanliness was pretty bad. No external trashcans or internal trashcans in the room which allow for trash to back up.

Dirty and torn down furniture Had to request for another room because of foul smell and dirty carpet. The second room had torn, dirty furniture and no shower curtain/
