Dirty all around, dog’s hair on the bed, the carpet had cigarette burns, terrible condition of furniture, the room smelled disgusting, hair and bugs in the bathroom, no shampoo nor soap, dark spits on the walls, just terrible, we couldn’t sleep. The staff was rude and unprofessional, a security guard hit my window asking me if i had a room there and asked me for a parking permit which they never gave me… worst hotel I have ever been.

Business Traveler Friendly Hotel I always feel bad not being able to leave a highly detailed review but honestly a good night’s sleep speaks volumes. I’m a regular business traveler and absolutely recommend this property. Clean, easy, fast.

I did not have keys to my hotel system did not work i had to keep going to front office for check in my hotel room

I didn't have a key. Had to go to office to have them let me in every time. Cause to make keys was broken and they never was able to fix during my stay. It was very inconvenience for me.

Plants and trees were very nice. Provided nice shade and a feeling of serenity. The bathroom needed a good cleaning — toilet, bath tub AND the air vent. The dust, dirt and mold on the air vent was particularly unpleasant. The mattress needed replacing — wires could be felt.

The bed was awful; felt like it sleeping on springs (literally). Old wobbly table/desk with one swivel office chair; couldn't enjoy a meal for two people. Rarely anybody at the front desk; had to wait for someone to come to get a muffin or package of oatmeal (complimentary breakfast) from behind the desk. If I had done a little research, probably would have stayed elsewhere.
