It was New Year’s Eve so I figured it was gonna be noisy other than that it was fine

One stop
Night and day Night receptionist was cool, morning receptionist was a problem. Wouldnt help my +1 (who registered at checkin) back into the room saying she wasnt in the system. Then at at least 3 different times throughout the day the office was closed. Room was good, clean, comfy, but the service was poor if I was being nice.
