Great hotel with amenities Check in was very simple and quick. The hotel is clean and had everything I needed. The employees are so welcoming and friendly. I was surprised at how quiet the hotel is since it's not too far off the freeway. I had a great night's sleep and if I ever need to stay in the area again, I will rebook here.

Good service
I had a great experience. The staff were nice and made sure I was ok throughout my trip. My room was super clean with no bugs.

Filthy, smelly rooms Check in took 1 hr 19 minutes. The front desk person was not well versed with the system and had to call help desk, wait for an update and then needed help again to check me in. Room was smelly. Bathroom was filthy with spots and smudges. Did not seem like it was cleaned in the last 10 days.

Smoke coming through the vents I stayed here for two weeks for business. It is right next to the freeway and there are people living there full time. Trash everywhere. The place looks run down and in need of renovation. My room was clean, but I could smell cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke coming through the vents.
