Checked in, walked into the room, the TV was on, then walked into the bathroom and there was a large wad in the toilet. Walked it because it looked like somebody was staying in the room. Lady at front desk was nice, and gave me another room but said "sometimes people break into the rooms". I only spent $100 for my stay, and I guess I got what I paid for, but goodness, I wouldn't stay there again.

No bath towels, only hand towel and wash cloth. No remote for tv. I went to get a remote, they gave me one at the hotel desk, it didn’t work. Positive note, I requested a fork and they gave me one :)

The Lobby Associate Alexdria was Very Rude & Disrespectful to my & I. We have enjoyed our stay in the past obviously not @ this location. I wouldnt recommend this location at all until Management issues are carefully given Special attention to.

No daily maid service. Could not turn on all lights.

Would never stay here again. The room had a terrible smell, shower had hair in it, the water pressure for the shower is nonexistent, you have to pay for WiFi for it to actually work, overall you get what you pay for.

Pulling in I notice the homeless have taken up residence as well as some local drug dealers. Upon check-in, the front desk tells me to let them know if the elevator is clean and that it should be because she just did a check. Unfortunately someone had urinated in the corner. I also notice some permanent residents living there. I go to my room and the door pops open without the key. Staff did not take care of me. I made a reservation and they did not honor it. They informed me of this as i drove into the driveway after a 8 hour flight.
