Computer Shutdown should not be charged The manager alerted me real quick that I was at the wrong location and wouldn't even accommodate me a room anyway! Instead, he said I had to call Hotels.com to make the changes of location even though he knew their computers were down! So I could not change the OR cancel because of the inconveniences of the computers not being able to pull up my reservation!! So I went to Travelodge on Micron a few miles down the road in Sacramento, CA and they greatfully gave me reservation for the TW... read more

Close to I-80. Rooms dirty, roaches, bathroom not clean. Garbage beneath outside steps overflowing.

Extremely dirty, the room was not clean. However, the staff did try to accommodate by cleaning pubic hair out of the tub. But the over all stay wasn’t the best. I more than likely won’t choose another extended stay in the future.

not a good place to stay in, people up all night making noise, kids running around, alot of sketchy people makes it more unpleasant

The room was old and had dust hanging off the ceiling, it smelled terrible, old and moldy. There was still some dirty spots on the floor and the shower curtain was moldy at the bottom

There was Cockroaches in my damn room!!!! It was the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in never had that experience.

Upset I was not satisfied.when I got to your property and checked in I went to the store I came back a d went to the office to get my dishes I was told that there was no pots no dishes.i am a heart patient. I had to go and buy pots and something to eat on and silverware .I should not have had to do that.
