Our room was dirty! It was disgusting and they wouldn’t give us our money back!

Awful night at this stay We get to the lobby to check in and they cannot find the reservation i had made 2 hours prior to checking in. Spent 30 to 45 minutes on the phone with the booking company trying to find the reservation. We got the reservation found and were finally checked in to our room, but once we entered our room we had to switch rooms due to the fact that the bed wasnt made. This was honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I was put in a “non-smoking“ room that clearly had been smoked in for a long time. It was disgusting. The sheets looked like they had not been changed. There was hair on the sheets. There was hair on the toilet. The carpet was completely stained everything in this room should’ve been thrown out. What a mess This Hotel was a mess.... There was a constant problem with garbage in the parking lot. Bodily fluids in the elevator. Cannibus smell in our no smoking room.

Upon entering my room i noticed the security latch on the door was missing a screw and therefore basically pointless to use. I also found two cockroaches in the room which was brought to the attention of staff and so far no resolution or contact from them even after showing them a picture and video.
