I am dissatisfied with their cancellation policy and overall customer service. I called their facility the day of check in to try and cancel my reservation and they would not answer the phone. I called Expedia and they tried contacting them to cancel and no answer. They went ahead and still charged me for the room. I tried disputing the charges and they sent me a generic response about why they would not refund me a dime. Thanks
There was two cockroaches in my room it was disgusting. The room wasn’t up to par at all.

The new manager Crystal harassed my wife. We where treated unfairly and kicked out of our room 2 1/2 weeks into our stay because she declined to hang out with her outside of work. She exchanged phone numbers with my wife in an unprofessional flirtatious way. This property has some serious renovations to do our first room had a leaking toilet and refrigerator, not to mention a bug infestation problem.
Never Again lost me as a customer email written to manager So I'm being kicked out of my room right now at 8:30pm due to the front desk agent from last night named Dajonay lying to me about giving me a free night... I went to the front office to exchange towels, ask about a roll out bed for my 4 year old who joined me last night and also was inquiring about the mishap that happened with my cancellation charge and said Id be happy with a free night atleast. I arrived and nobody appeared to be at front desk, so i had to go to a different hotel.. and on top of that you guys still tryed charging for the room...

Old, rundown hotel. Should be called a motel. Shoddy, unpainted patch work on walls. Shower head was terrible. Not a big deal but he tv was lower than the bed... I do NOT recommend this motel. Good thing I had my sleeping bag.
