I pick this hothel because I stayed at other Extended Stay before and was nice but this one was outdated, old and broken fourniture. TV control remote didnt have batteries. Elevator was not working. Microwave didnt have the glass plate and there was a cockroach inside. When we got there some couple was fighting and the next day cops came to room next to us aroung 1am.

Shower didn't drain well. Lamps, carpets, everything looked dirty and run down. Garbage accumulating everywhere.

Arrived to a locked lobby where we were let in like a jail. Staff was rude. Room was dirty. The carpet was terrible stained and sticky. Water from tub took long to drain. No phone in room. No iron, no blow dryer. Cops were there at 2 am and dogs barking till am. Was on hold for 45 min. On personal cell to speak with office- no luck- all we were told told is to call manager on Monday this place and staff are horrible.
