I understand the need for safety and fire alarms, but a 4 am fire alarm that went off really ruined my rest for my big day in Sacramento. Never smelled smoke, and to my knowledge never seen or heard any signs of an actual fire. Also, old bar of soap left in the shower and boogers wiped all over the elevator walls.

There were bugs in the bed. I notified the hotel and the just said “sorry “. My stay was terrible and I got very little sleep. Being as I had to sleep in the reclining chair that didn’t recline andvthere was a dirty sock full of “something “ stuffed in the side. Gross. I would like a complete refund.

Shocked by no privacy. Stay was decent but the night I checked in I asked to be checked out late, which was noon. The next morning my door was knocked two separate occasions, as told them I arranged late check out when I checked in. 30 mins later front desk barged in my room without letting me open the door. Very rude, as I could of been unclothed getting out of the shower. Very unprofessional and shocked.

When I booked this room I booked for two double beds. Upon checking is I was told they over booked and only had a king available and I could take it or go elsewhere. They brought in a roll away bed that was unusable. The overall condition of the room was very worn with burn marks on the bedspread and carpet. The chair looked extremely dirty and the halls smelled of cigarettes

It was awful- I don't even think my room was cleaned! I actually left and went to another hotel.

Internet a joke dirty rooms Room was dirty, internet was laughable(6$a day for upgrade lol), the shower smelled, I the front desk we did fine, but overall I would mot stay again.

Terrible cleaning service Dirty room, filthy sheets been used and remade, pubic hairs in sheets and fowl odor, floor, bathroom highly dissatisfied

Roach motel with Prison amenities Comfortable night besides the fact the there are roaches. Reported to management. There response was they would discount 20%. The also have a TIGHT grip on kitchen amenities you can only check out 1/person, no extra cup, etc. Possibly prison like. They only issued 1 wash cloth, of course we needed to check an additional one out. We will bypass roach pics.
