Did not like the overbooking. No one was at the lobby for 20minutes. The call phone didn’t work. The worker Disappeared

We checked in and the room we were given was already occupied. There were dogs off leash walking around. Everything was so loud till late at night. Bathroom wasn’t clean. It was not a good value for the price we paid. The only good thing was the front desk person was very kind and upgraded our room for the inconvenience

Disappointing stay Reception is hard to notice and it was closed when we arrived around 11:30pm. Fortunately, there was a phone which you can call and get somebody there. It wasn't great but it worked. Our non-smoking room had a strong smoke smell. They said they don't have any other rooms and just offered us to leave and get our payment back.
