The last 2 times ive checked into extended stay ive had to wait over an hr both times because my reservation isnt in their system. So i end up having to call customer service and deal with them just to grt a room that night it has ruined my stay there and ill never book with them again unless its half price or free!!
Bad experience The first room we were given was dirty. Animal hair everywhere and the floor was sticky. The second room was cleaner but was penetrated with the smell of marijuana. The smell did not go away our entire stay even with the door and window open. The shower curtain and towels had hair all over. The other room we rented had a dirty bathroom. I can't speak to the stay at the hotel as they overbooked and forced me to find another hotel in the middle of the night. I had a reservation and pre-paid and they still did not keep a room. They also provided no assistance in finding another hotel and didn't bother contacting me before I arrived and was told they didn't have a room for me.
The receptionist was out from the front desk for about 45 mins. There were homeless sleeping in their car in the parking lot. There were people lingering in the parking lot late at night into the early am. Room was dimly lit and a few lamps had no bulb.

Friendly staff dirty rooms The first room was okay but run down. Someone had been smoking in it so it smelled. The smoke detector was covered by Saran Wrap and it had no garbage can. The second room had food still in the fridge, no batteries for the remote and when asked about getting some was told they did not have any. They staff were very friendly and helpful. But just did not have the resources.

I had book 2 rooms and when I got there they told me it was first come first serve so now you only have 1 room! Very bad service never again booking with them and now reading other reviewers it still rated terrible service!👎👎👎
Not good all around VERY strong smell of weed in the room. It is a non-smoking hotel too. No coat hangers in the closet. Paint was peeling from the bathroom walls/ceiling. No room service at all my entire multi-night stay.
