Staff were never around. Room had not been cleaned properly, still had rubbish, belongings in it, and pubic hair around the tub and toilet. Animal hair and smells.

The. Room was. Smelly and. The. Bed. Looked. Like it had. Been slept in ..they. Did change rooms. For. Us. But it wasn't any better then. The. First.. we had. No extra toilet paper roll.. I hate. Complaining cause I will be staying there often. Refund. Be nice

Dirty rooms First room was never cleaned, second room cleanish, no towels though. The front desk lady was great, the rooms were not.

Very dirty. Check in was great. The room I was given (212) was filthy. Food in sink and on floors. The room smelled like cannabis. Toenail clippings and sunflower seeds on floor and tables. Dead bugs on flat surfaces. Toilet seat broken. Floor of shower was filthy, lots of long hair in the shower.
Keep in mind if you plan to check in after midnight, do it before 1am or after 2am, their system out in between, you would not be able to check in. Room was dirty, dirty dirty, floors haven’t been cleaned for a long time. Kitchen doesn’t have any supply, you have to pick up it from front desk. It’s dysfunctional. Wouldn’t stay again.

No remote control for the tv, two towels for the entire week and would have had to pay extra for additional room service, dishes only available upon request, roaches on the counters, door to room was not secure. We dead bolted the door the first night as you could push it open with one finger from the outside. Next morning, we asked for a new room as ours was not secure and we didn't feel comfortable leaving our stuff there all day.
