The rooms were not good at all, and they do not provide towels. We asked for additional pillows, as the beds only came with 2, and they told us they don't do that. The facilities were so rough that even though we had paid for 2 nights, we didnt bother staying the second.

Will Never Stay at an Extended Stay America Ever!! Knowing that we would be very late, we contacted our hotel to let them know and provided a credit card to hold the two rooms. When we arrived we were told they had overbooked and had given our rooms away.I contacted Hotels.com and got the run around not from just one person or two persons but three and then was hung up on. I will never use Hotels.com again and will make sure everyone I know is told what a horrible group of employees they are.

the assigned room smells cigarette

Staff walked into my room without knocking 3 times Second worst place I’ve ever stayed. I was harassed to checkout at 8:15am, 10:20am and 10:50am. Staff would just walk in my room without knocking and say I need to checkout. Checkout is 11:00am. The shower was not clean, and backed up. The bed had dirt all over the top (wasn’t washed) and the floors left my feet black.

Worst hotel ever Terrible place room was dirty. Couldn’t even stay there the sheets had stains clearly showing the were never changed from the previous people who stayed there. I couldn’t manage to stay there booked a different hotel. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time. Stay else where.

There was no hair dryer in the room. Although the desk gal was very nice there were cockroaches in the bathroom and the there was police presence when I arrived back at the room at 8:00pm. I did not stay the night and rented a room at the Hampton Inn Natomas. I did not feel safe unfortunately.

This property is in a great and very safe community, but unfortunately we had fleas in our room in the carpet and hair left in the drain. I did bring this to the front desk attention and much to my despair she didn't care nor apologize for the inconvenience, especially difficult when traveling with a child and desiring the best for your loved ones. I would not recommend this hotel if traveling with children.
