Great stay. Key cards didn't work a few times. Other than that, everything is good

Checking in was great lady at front desk was great. After i was in my room another lady worker knocked on my door wanting to know if i just checked in. Dont you think she should check with the front desk instead of bothering the guest...Dont know why takes so long to get your refund back
