It seems this hotel is being improved but has a long way to go. Breakfast was a little muffin and granola bar and coffee to go. We skipped the breakfast. It’s dirty around the building and stairwell. Kitchenette and bathroom are old but in working condition. Need a longer shower curtain as the water is leaking out. Had wifi and good and quiet ac. Gerald at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful.

I didn't realize that extended stay facilities can be so run down. My room, that I stayed in for less than 14 hours was dirty, cupboard doors missing, something gross on the mirror, hard bed, no bed spread or blankets, in need of paint touch ups and kinda scummy.

Absolutely no customer service etiquette! The staff was beyond rude and were not customer friendly extremely horrible customer service not only wit the associate that checked me in but the manager as well the next day . Never in my life have I had such terrible service from any hotel . I would never return to this sleazy motel .

Huge hole in our couch. Room stank. Property is so dirty. No hair dryer, shampoo, or coffee pot and the bathtub was filthy.

This property needs to be shut down. The room I had was HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING. I had 2 days booked and checked out the next day. There was graffiti above the bathroom mirror, no dishes in the kitchenette, chairs repaired with tape. I woke went to the bathroom and a cockroach ran across my feet.
