False Claims Taking a shower was a nightmare. Water spouting everywhere. I've been to two ESA hotels, and those people never answer the phone at the front desk. They always talk about their discounts. Which are hard to find.

Not for single older people Key card didn’t work after I walked outside in the dark down three buildings. I went back to front desk and canceled my stay. I didn’t feel safe as a single older woman.

Extremely noisy neighbor, low life people, marijuana smell everywhere, disnt seem safe at night , kids screaming and running in hallway and slamming doors all night.

Waste of money Very low maintained property. So many things broken including the toilet that would rock every time you sit on it. Burn marks all over table, nasty property with cigarette butts all over but the worst thing was having to constantly smell weed and cigarettes from neighbors. Did not want to shower because the tub looked dirty.
