Overall hotel structure and appearance were good. The front office staff was very mean and unprofessional even while who seemed like her trainee was next to her watching to learnm. Bathroom sink was comletely clogged so the first fill to top of the sink stayed full for whole 2 days I stayed. Looks to me like a very nice property and location with poor management.

Honestly it’s not the 1920’s people We were turned away from this location after traveling for several hours. I honestly think it’s a discrimination problem. But he claimed that they were full to capacity. The parking lot didn’t reflect this.

The location is quite, The beds are comfortable and the bathroom looks nice. The room smelled like old pee, the catpet was dirty and the dresser's drawer was broken. If something i can't stand is when a room is not clean and smells. The ac didn't work properly either and the kitchen was very outdated and didn't have any supplies. Front desk said we have to ask for supplies, i said, I'm asking for it now, then she said i have to call, i said but I'm right here, why do i have to go up and call down, it's ridicules, then she sa... read more

I will never stay at this chain again and that says alot coming from me since I don't care where I sleep

Not clean. The room smelled terrible. The pillows smelled like dirty clothes. There was a man complaining when I checked out that someone used a card key to open his room in the middle of the night. The man at the desk was not very helpful or apologetic to him m.

Bad!!! THere was no maid service. The room was listed as having a kitchen with pots and pans and utensils and it had nothing.
