Horrible dirty and ghetto staff It sucked my room was dirty the staff was disrespectful I was overcharged this location is a disgrace because I've been at other extended stay and they were great

Got to the motel @1pm, check in is at 3pm. Come back @2:45,my room isn’t ready. Sit in the lobby until 3:45 before I got the room key. Didn’t get towels till nearly 5:00pm. Total lack of management. Let me oversee that place. No wonder they got a 2 out of 5 stars

My stay was not good I was a charged a smoking fee even tho I did not smoke in the room. They said the manager took pictures so I’m thinking he dung threw the trash and found my EMPTY cigar wrappers or my EMPTY cigarette box. Not very happy with this outcome will not stay there again!!
Nasty but a shelter Dirty and smells like cigarettes in room, stains on carpets, noisy sounds coming from everywhere.

The hotel is in a decent location and is kept somewhat clean. they were always out of dishes or something that we would need to use for the kitchen as we were staying there for a few weeks. The management was not helpful in fact they were very rude. The front office people were very nice but it was a management I had an issue with. All in all it's an okay place but I definitely would not recommend it.

Property is a mess (cigarette butts, trash, etc.), rooms are clean but sheets had ink marks and there were hairs that weren't my own in the bedding. Staff very nice. Not that safe in the early morning, later evening hours.
