Charge me $500 for smoking on the balcony This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I stayed for ONE NIGHT ANS WAS CHARGES $550, they charged me $500 for a smoking charge for smoking cigarettes outside of the room on the balcony… And $250 for a service dog… They were extremely rude… Avoid like the plague...

Over booked. We stayed the hotel right infront of this hotel. The lady at the front desk was horrible at the night we arrived. The lady next day was nice tho.

Worst hotel stay ever!! We were told that "there is nothing we can do" after we told the manager that the rooms amenities did not work. Everything in the kitchenette was broken, the oven, stove and light did not work. The toilet was broken, the room was small and not what we ordered. The front desk agent was very rude and after 3 days we finally got a room change from the general manager, but was unable to utilize the hotel as needed for our stay... We demanded a 2 day refund and they refused. I am very unhappy with this hot... read more

Good....kitchenette Bad....Next door to us were aparently long stayers. Lots of suspicious visitors at nite, into around around midnite. And they wete not quiet.

I checked in very late at night. It was raining and the clerk made me stand outside the locked office door IN THE RAIN and kept questioning me on a wall phone about my reservation..and asking stupid questions like who my employer was..and was I sure I had a reservation because they were full. Surly nasty clerk. The office floor was filthy and the whole office was junky. Next time I had to go back to get a new room key and this clerk was slower than a snail. There were 3 people checking in and it took her close to a half hour... read more
