Don’t check in after 1am We were a very late check in. I called and informed the hotel that we wouldn’t be late and we were marked as a “no-call no-show”. So my card was charged twice. Since these the issue is tentatively resolved... I have yet to receive my refund though.

Not the best The room was not done with cleaning at 8 o’clock at night there was trash at all the stair outside and lots of trash lots of shady looking people we chose not to stay Sandy in the office was overwhelmed she has so much to do by herself but a very nice person

dog ripoff I didn't check in because they wanted $175 for my 6 lb. dog for the week really!

We chose this hotel because it was closest to the event spot. We booked a "double-bed" room, After I made my reservation I called the hotel and told them we will be driving there from a long distant and will probably be there at 3-4 am, and if it would be possible to check in early and the gal on the phone said that would be perfectly fine, to just call the day of to give the front desk a heads up. Where do I start...Room fridge still had food in it . Floors were dirty and room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned even though they checked and said it was . Room smelt so bad I had to grab a vanilla air freshener tree from my car and put by fan . I went down to complain about Room and asked to be moved . They didn’t have any other rooms so at 930pm I was on the hunt for a new hotel . Not fun ! Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else !
