Room was given away when we checked in. Hotel staff made employee vacate room so we could have our reserved room.

The location was great and very close to freeway. Rooms were suppose to be non-smoking but the room we stayed in was obviously a smoking room. Cable was not correctly connected to the TV. Bathroom was adequate had plenty of towels and such.

They said room was non smoking but when we went inside the room smelled like cigarette. Bed pillows and blankets smelled like sweat. The room I booked for had a kitchen and supposedly they would have kitchenware ready but they did not. I called front desk and took about 2 hours to give me a pan without a lid a spoon without a fork and plastic cups. I would not come back to any extended stay america hotel. Disgusting and not worth the money.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!!! If there was a negative number for reviews this place would get it. Upon arrival lobby was locked with 5 other guests waiting outside to get in. Finally someone shows up and I am shocked to find out they gave my room away and the hotel was sold out for the night leaving me stranded in a place I was unfamiliar with. I had a reservation 2 weeks prior and "guest services", if you would even call them that could care less. After a 11 hour drive you could imagine the amount of frustration. Not a non smoking hotel! The first room we were given smelled so strongly of cigarettes we asked to be moved. The second was not much better. Couldn’t open the window because other guest was sitting outside our room chain smoking. Common areas were filthy. Street noise bad and we got very little sleep between than and other guests making noise very late. Would not recommend or stay again.

This room was very disappointing! There wasn't even a hairdryer, nor was one available at the front desk. There were also no plates, cups, bowls, silverware or ANYTHING! The only there we could find were two plastic cups. I will not be staying in an Extended Stay America again.

My visit was not the best Room was dirty, floor sticky, no extra towels available or silverware, no pots, no paper/pad pen, tv too extra small for room, and worst of all i had roach in the room and not sure if more cause i didn't stay and got a refund. I took a picture of it but i think that is extreme to post and maybe shouldn't but if you want one i have it for you.
