Terrible Hotel Hotel was filthy inside and out. Garbage in the stairwells and parking lot. Noisy with people yelling and screaming all night...drug deals going on in parking lot. I was surprised my car didn’t get stolen. I will NEVER stay here or an affiliate hotel ever again. You need to hire some janitors and security guards...and maybe remodel the place too. Filthy! One word, Filthy!
Stay Away!!!! Worst Hotel Stay EVER!!!!! I've stayed in hotels in third world countries with above ground sewers that were so much cleaner and smelled way better. Floors were sticky, no wash cloths, no dish cloth, stairs and entryways were filthy, cigarette butts all over, cigarette burns all over the counters, light switches didn't work, light bulb missing from refrigerator, the toilet seat was covered in someone else urine, which I wound up sitting in in the middle of the night when I got up to go to the bathroom, had to t... read more
Given a dirty room Double charged my card and a hassle to get it corrected.
room dirty and cigarette smell Room was dirty when we checked in...carpet dirty....hair in sink and bathroom floor. We asked to have it cleaned.... nothing was done. Please reverse all charges, including the pet fee. I will deny payment if this is not done.
Awful bed, terrible pillows, dated & not worth it! Very polite staff and check-in experience. Horribly dated rooms with stained carpet and a bed that made me wish I’d have stayed at a Motel 6. NOT worth the price. Threadbare towels and a painful night’s sleep. You’ll be sorry if you stay. The hotel management is CHEAP and MISERLY.
