No good breakfast & not clean !! Really bad quality of service. They mentioned continental breakfast.. Where as they offered a blueberry muffins!! They didn't even have a breakfast room. I. Only considered this hotel due to breakfast & ratings.. But really disappointed..

Extremely unprofessional front desk clerk, elevator smelled like urine as did the hallways, room was standard, bathroom sink was damaged, was happy to leave in the morning.

Seedy This property is really a dump. To the staff's credit, they were very friendly; even called after checking in to see if I was happy with everything. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was not working. It was fixed quickly enough, so again; good service. ..but the hotel itself is really dirty and grimy, and noisy being right next to the freeway. Will not go there again. Non-smoking room smelled like an used ashtray. Beds were very hard. Door latch was broken and hanging loosely - a security issue. Carpets were worn and stained. Multiple cigarette burns on bathroom vanity. Poorly executed repairs on damaged bathroom door, same for bathroom vanity. Large trash bin outside of room was overflowing. Overall, not a pleasant experience. Glad it was only one night.

Not a good hotel at all Non smoking building but the rooms (we had 2 rooms) smelt like smoke bad and the bed had cigarette burns. Thankfully there was shopping near by cause we went and for cleaning supplies. The room with the king bed had a lot of space but that's about the only good thing. We were told there was NO room service and if we needed anything we had to bring the empty container or dirty bedding/bath towels down to the main lobby. We had entered in nice bedroom but inside was very awful smell and no clean and look like poor. Also we saw poor person slept on slim floor near fence outside night and dangerous place.

Sad stay The front desk was really rude. There was one muffin and a banana in the grab and go breakfast not what the advertisement said. I hope to never go to this hotel again. When I asked for towels I was told that I had to walk down my old towels WHAT!!!!!!!
