Room itself was decent Reservations lost, customer service blamed management tho management tried to fix it next day (too little too late) no soap in room, no shampoo, no SHOWER CURTAIN. Bathroom sink clogged and not draining. Kitchen sink clogged and draining very slow. Good parkimg

Magnetic Keys Each night I had to have my key re programed. They said that I got it to close to my phone or computer. I have stayed at many hotels and I've never heard this one.

Urine smelling rooms The hotel cancelled the stay without informing me. Then they asked for a card to bill the fee on. They billed me twice for the 1 room. The hotel was surrounded by Cop cars. It took them 20 min to check me in, The restroom was dirty and smelled like Urine.

Roach Hotel I saw 2 roaches upon entering the hotel kitchen; I killed one. Found hair on the toilet, no bath tub plug so I could take a bath. Stove didn't work...this place cost me $81 and that was after discounts! This was $81 too much to stay under these conditions...I would've left but the reservation was NON-REFUNDABLE! I got no compensation when I brought these issues to management...just a "oh, I'm sorry that your stay wasn't pleasant. Those weren't roaches, they were beetles! Didn't sleep a wink- ghetto This place is in dire need of a rehab! It's low class and filthy carpets, dirty light switches, I felt dirty sleeping and showering here!! I would never stay here again and would warn anyone who would!!!

Terrible. Dirty maintenance not kept up. The staff was good but the room was horrible. Maintenance not kept up. Large stains on carpet, peeling paint in bathroom, shower wouldn't drain, no volume on AC.

Horrible Please stay away from this hotel... as they failed to provide room with AC working conditions. I was big fan of extended stay.. but with this experience, I changed my mind.
