nothing like advertised! Rooms don't even come with coffee machines or coffee. No desk to work. Kitchen has nothing. Rooms are open to the outside so feels a little unsafe. Breakfast is essentially nothing. I would not recommend going here at all!

No Pretty awful. Garbage wasn't taken out and was pretty foul. Front desk was pretty unapologetic about it. No shampoo here, shady clientele.

dirty and dangerous The room was not "clean" when we got to it, dirty carpet,dirty kitchen floor. The room had a stove in it that had a short and the staff was aware of it. The missing smoking alarm in a room with an electrical short is not acceptable. Its dangerous. The short knocked out the electricity in our room ,so we had to move everything across the property to a different room with smaller beds and a weird smell. I asked the manager to comp me one night for my troubles....she said NO! I would not pay to stay at this ... read more

Great location, but... The location is amazing and the room had a kitchen which is nice to have after a long day. It started when I checked... I told them I had paid for the room already, they tried to double charge my card. Now the room- there was a weird order the first few nights, the bathroom light didn't work, the drain in the sink was ripped out, tv didn't work until I checked the back of it and it was a little dirty. I tried to get the sink and bathroom light fixed. Luckfully I got the light fixed. The person I talked... read more

There in no continental breakfast in this hotel. For the price, it is ok. But do not expect a nice, clean hotel. During my 5 days stay, internet was out for 3 days. And there is no continental breakfast in this hotel. They need to change the description. There are a few energy bars, coffee, instant oat meals in the small check-in area. I wouldn't call that a continental breakfast.

If you want to have a nightmare... I cannot imagine how we could call this a place to take a rest and feel comfortable. In Sacramento? The door of the room couldn-t properly be closed, so we could feel the wind blowing all the time. The room had a refrigerator working most all the time making a lot of noisy stops. (By the way in the morning we were advised better to unplug it). We didn-t have a cofee maker. .. Just refrigerator... stove... We couldn-t sleep all night, not because of people snooring but because of people watc... read more
