Stay Away!!!! Worst Hotel Stay EVER!!!!! I've stayed in hotels in third world countries with above ground sewers that were so much cleaner and smelled way better. Floors were sticky, no wash cloths, no dish cloth, stairs and entryways were filthy, cigarette butts all over, cigarette burns all over the counters, light switches didn't work, light bulb missing from refrigerator, the toilet seat was covered in someone else urine, which I wound up sitting in in the middle of the night when I got up to go to the bathroom, had to t... read more

room dirty and cigarette smell Room was dirty when we checked in...carpet dirty....hair in sink and bathroom floor. We asked to have it cleaned.... nothing was done. Please reverse all charges, including the pet fee. I will deny payment if this is not done.

Awful bed, terrible pillows, dated & not worth it! Very polite staff and check-in experience. Horribly dated rooms with stained carpet and a bed that made me wish I’d have stayed at a Motel 6. NOT worth the price. Threadbare towels and a painful night’s sleep. You’ll be sorry if you stay. The hotel management is CHEAP and MISERLY.
