It was clean and just what I needed. It was close to a lot of stores and food places and it has easy access from freeway.
The reception staff was very nice and gave good info .directions to the room..wifi.. etc. I got in late and didn't notice until the next morning ...the. condition of the carpet in the room. 1. Didn't appear thoroughly vaccumed- appeared needing to be cleaned - no tv remote- bathroom faucet - cold missing cap- hot had some type of crud on it.
Close access from and back to highway. Highway noise was there too.
Clean, spacious but AC was not operating. The rooms are spacious with a complete kitchen and stove/refrigerator. The only problem is the AC was not working but light say "On". In the middle of the night it got humid and warm. I tried turning it on and it did not work. I opened the window because it was cool outside. The window would not stay open unless you place an object to prop it open.
Not happy with the service this time. Checking in was ok. The new system was a little of a delay but the woman was very professional and handled it well. I did ask for some drinking tumblets so I wouldnt have to make another trip. I was very disappointed as the 4 drinking plastic tumblers were dirty! The next day I called way before checkout time and asked for another hour which I was fully aware of the additional $10 charge. I come here frequently, front desk is very professional and courteous. The rooms are in tip top shape and the shower is amazing so I don't get why it's a low rating? Overall, I'd recommend it for anyone reading this because it's in a convenient area, food choices aren't too bad and the parking is very spacious.
