The Staff are great... The hotel itself though... The three interactions I had with the staff was great, they were helpful, they were quick to take care of me. The hotel's location is great, right off the highway and a perfect place if you have a business trip nearby or are just looking for a place to get off and back on the road quickly from. A decent place to stay Very busy hotel during the week. If your looking for a nice quiet place to rest this is not the place. They do offer full kitchen rooms but utensils pots pans are available upon request. Room was nice and clean. No ice machine. The free breakfast consists of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, muffins trail bars and oatmeal.

No towels??? Check in was quick, room was clean. We had to go down to the lobby to get drinking cups. Then back down to get blow dryer. We're very disappointed at lack of amenities. When going to the office to request towels for our second day I was told they were OUT of towels. I asked that when they were washed if someone could call and we would come get or if they could deliver. We never received any towels. No ice maker on facility.

Disapointment Disappointed their were no toiletries, shower curtain too short. Also, no in room coffee maker. Nice if they would of ask if we needed anything.
