Friendly service goes a long way It just seemed like if something could go wrong the day I checked in it did it took about 40 min as there were several guests ahead of me with problems and only one clerk (Ellen?) one after another they took their turns each becoming more aggressive than the last. I was very impressed with how she handled each situation calmly and and with kindness. Excellent attentive nice staff. Staff was more than helpful. Room clean and quiet which was a good thing because my wife needed rest after surgery.
