There was roaches in my room and everything was broken. When asked for service to help fix items i was told there was nothing they can do.

Worst Place Ever Hotel service worst EVER . Dirty room & when it was time to check in the told me my room need to be cleaned & come back in 1hr . Came back to check In they took 15min to come out help me check in . Room A/C stays on & NO heater . No soap & shampoo. Phone doesn’t work to call front desk . Beds are old & uncomfortable . Tv didn’t have remote . Has to walk down few time to front desk to get soap , remote , complain heater Definitely not a place to stay

During my 3 night stay I saw three rooms, and they all had issues. 1st room had a very potent casino smoke smell and a very loud beeping smoke detector. Upon telling the receptionist she moved me to a different room directly under the previous room. That room also smelled very strongly like a casino and I could still hear the beeping from the room upstairs although the sound was diminished.
