Carpet was wet and still got charged $50 for damage fee
Everything was old and outdated. Found a cockroach in the room
Financial Consultant I was given a room that was as close to loud traffic a possible & because of that, the night's sleep was no good.The room itself was fine, but the bathroom had cigarette burns all over the sink counter. Odd for a non-smoking hotel. Checking in was very professional and gave me great hope for an overall nice stay.
I have stayed at extended stay in the past and never had any problems, but this time I laid down to go to sleep and was awakened by bugs. I had felt a pinch on my arm and jumped up and turn on the lights. There was two brown bugs on my pillow. I immediately called downstairs and was given change to wash and dry my clothes before moving to another room. I was able to show staff the bug on the bed by capturing it under a cup.
